Nancy Lewis brings over 20 years of experience in executive and non-executive roles with board
positions at Waystone Group, Tricor Group, Fenergo and Kroll.

She has a proven track record in assisting financial sponsors and portfolio companies in the analysis
of business plans, potential mergers and acquisitions, proposed services/products, global markets,
digital transformation and performance metrics.

Previously, Nancy served as the Chief Operating Officer of Intertrust Group following the acquisition
of Walkers Management Services (WMS). As the CEO of WMS, she led the company's divestment
from Walkers Law Firm.

Nancy is actively involved in contributing to boards and committees, leveraging her deep
understanding of financial regulations and target company evaluation. Her expertise in governance
practices ensures valuable guidance and oversight for TrustQuay.

Nancy holds an MBA from Queens University in Canada and is an active member of the Women
Corporate Directors Foundation, the only global membership organisation and community of
women corporate directors.
