TrustQuay and Viewpoint Group Announces Departure of Group CEO, Keith Hale

The TrustQuay and ViewPoint group, a leading Trust and Corporate Services technology company, today announced that Keith Hale is stepping down as Group CEO. Keith led the creation of TrustQuay by the merger of Microgen Financial Systems and Touchstone Wealth Management in 2019 and has successfully driven the growth of the organisation over the past four years. Under Keith's visionary leadership, alongside the rest of the management team, the company has achieved numerous significant milestones, including the launching and rolling-out of TrustQuay's SaaS product, changing the lead shareholder from SilverFleet Capital to Hg Capital in Oct 2022 and most recently leading the merger with Viewpoint in Jan 2023, thereby establishing an industry sector champion and a robust financial foundation to propel further future growth.

As Keith departs, The TrustQuay and ViewPoint group remains committed to its mission to provide corporate services, trust and fund administration clients with products that help maximise efficiencies, reduce costs, ensure compliance and drive new revenue opportunities.

The company will continue to build upon the strong foundation laid by Keith, leveraging its expertise, innovation, and customer-centric approach to drive accelerated growth and deliver exceptional value to its stakeholders. TQVP has now started a comprehensive search for a new CEO to lead the organization into its next phase of digital transformation.  In the interim period Group Chairman Heath Davies will step in to support the executive team.

The Board wish Keith every success with his future ventures.

Signed on behalf of the Board of Directors,

Heath Davies
