TrustQuay, a leading technology provider to the corporate services, trust and alternative fund administration sector, today announces that Heath Davies has joined the company as Non-Executive Chairman.

In his new role, Heath will chair the board and work with Keith Hale and the management team to drive forward the growth plan and deliver the full global potential of TrustQuay.

Heath brings with him over 25 years of senior software industry experience, both in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and working within the private equity community, with roles including Chairman of edays and previously CEO of Exclaimer, Clearswift, Alterian and Sword Group.
