TrustQuay has today announced the signing of an agreement with Nightingale Trustees to adopt TrustQuay Online, the new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Headquartered in Geneva with offices in London, Nightingale Trustees is a fully independent trust and administration business offering qualitative and personalised services primarily to high-net-worth international private clients.

Laura Lees, Managing Director of Nightingale Trustees, comments: “By adopting TrustQuay Online, we now have a one-stop solution to serve our clients and support our future growth, without the need to invest in hardware or manage installation and software upgrades.”

Launched in April 2022, TrustQuay Online is the first complete end-to-end SaaS offering for the trust and corporate services sector. Available 24/7 from any device with a browser and internet connection, TrustQuay Online allows service providers to manage their businesses and regulatory requirements in a simple and highly automated way, at a significantly reduced total cost of ownership.

Both cybersecurity and platform availability risks are reduced by leveraging the highly secure and reliable infrastructure of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central online, in addition to being seamlessly interoperable with Office 365.

Keith Hale, Executive Chairman of TrustQuay, comments: “We are delighted to partner with Nightingale Trustees to adopt our recently launched SaaS platform.

"We believe TrustQuay Online will dramatically accelerate digitalisation in the sector, especially amongst smaller independent players such as Nightingale Trustees, offering a lower complexity, lower cost and lower risk alternative to on-premise infrastructure."
