TrustQuay announce appointment of David Thorpe as Non-Executive Director

TrustQuay have today announced the appointment of David Thorpe as a non-executive director of the combined group.

In November 2019, TrustQuay announced the merger of the two companies to create the global market leader in the trust and corporate services market. The merger was completed in February this year.

Keith Hale, Executive Chairman of TrustQuay, comments: “David brings to the board a rare blend of experience in both technology businesses as well as our core target market of corporate services, trust and fund administration, having previously been the President of EDS Europe and Chairman of Ocorian for example.”
