With the festive season in full swing across much of the globe, here at TrustQuay we’ve been hard at work ensuring that our core products continue to deliver class-leading value to all of our customers. Andrew Lowerson, Senior Product Marketing Manager at TrustQuay discusses the latest product news.

Headlining this quarter have been updates to the underlying technology framework for TrustQuay 5Series, some significant productivity improvements within TrustQuay NavOne, and tighter management within TrustQuay Portal

Enhancing digitalisation across the industry

TrustQuay Portal allows our customers to quickly realise value from their digitalisation strategy by offering an easy-to-use client-facing interface that leverages the data of their main TrustQuay system. We've added the ability to set up certain self-service requests, allowing customers to trigger requests and actions from within the Portal.

Combined with existing form functionality and Portal's onboarding capabilities, this opens the options available to automate your client interactions, streamlining the client experience as well as increasing operational efficiencies.

Productivity

When it comes to maximising productivity, accurately tracking billable time and ensuring the allocation of entries to the project is, of course, the key to maintaining revenue and profitability. With the December release for NavOne, we have significantly upgraded the clock functionality and integrated it fully into timesheet production. Users now have granular control of clocks across the product, including where and how clocks are set up and arranged. This greatly enhances the visibility of billable time and speeds up the invoice production process.

“The TrustQuay frequent product release model benefits us greatly.
Updates are made at pre-agreed intervals and in a structured way”

Regulatory

Both 5Series and NavOne continually receive regulatory updates, and this month has been no exception, with updates across both platforms to the JFSC integration and regional specific forms – allowing you to keep on top of the latest requirements wherever you may be based.

Futureproofing

TrustQuay 5Series customers tell us their system is central to how their business operates on a day-to-day basis, and it is key to those customers that 5Series continues to be secure and up to date. As part of our commitment to continual improvement, we have updated the platform to Version 4.8 of the .NET Framework, ensuring compatibility with all currently planned versions of Microsoft Windows. We have also further updated Portal's integration within 5Series to deliver a fully tailored messaging interface including the ability to exchange documents as part of an ongoing conversation.

Looking Forward

As 2021 ends, we are looking to continue into 2022 around the theme of “Simplifying Digitalisation”, as we covered extensively at our recent customer forum. By adopting a TrustQuay system, you are ensuring that your core business remains continually updated and consequently technologically relevant.
