With our next TrustQuay Forum virtual customer nearly upon us, we look back on our July meeting and look forward to what the next one holds in store.

Two of our company values are Customer and Collaboration and so we’ve found 2020 particularly difficult in preventing us from holding our usual customer advisory sessions, which traditionally play a big part in our Customer Collaboration.

Against this backdrop, we held our first virtual TrustQuay Forum for customers in July 2020 and we’re looking forward to holding our next TrustQuay Forum in December. With this in mind, we wanted to look back on the outcomes from last time and preview what the December event holds in store. In particular, these events bring our customers together to discuss industry hot topics and preview our upcoming product updates, and the previous one was very well received, so we hope you’ll join us for the next one.

'Kickstart your Digital Journey'

In our July 2020 TrustQuay Forum, we focused on the acceleration of digitalisationwhich while it’s been hastened during 2020 due to the pandemic, has always been a recent constant given the rapid consolidation and change the industry is undergoing.

First on July’s packed agenda was the Executive Discussion Panel with leaders from a number of firms of a variety of locations and size coming together to discuss industry hot topics. We covered areas such as digitalisation and consolidation, including insightful observations from their own firm.

Moving on to our product updates, we were excited to focus on the latest updates to two of our ecosystem products: Economic Substance Advisory Service in collaboration with PwC and our ID and Address Verification product in association with GBG. Both these services are at the heart of the increased digitalisation of regulation, as the industry seeks technology solutions to make the adoption of ever-increasing regulation a smoother, more efficient process.

Finally, we talked more in-depth about our product roadmap, including a virtual workshop on some proof of concept work that has since gone on to become TrustQuay PortalWhile virtual, the event still proved an effective mechanism to get your feedback on our plans.

'Digitalising the Customer Experience'

With the success of our first TrustQuay Forum, our next one is focusing on the digitalisation of the end-client experience. We know your clients are increasingly demanding a digital experience; wanting to access services from anywhere, at any time and from any device.

This TrustQuay Forum will take place on Thursday 3rd December. We have gathered another excellent panel to discuss digitalising the customer experience as well as insights on other key industry topics.

We also plan to cover our most recent roadmap as well, looking at the new updates made since the last forum and what our plans are for 2021.

The TrustQuay Forum is open to customers. If you would like to reserve your virtual seat, check your emails for your personal invite or contact us at info@trustquay.com to reserve your place.
