This month marks one year since the TrustQuay brand was born, bringing together what we believe to be the best technology, people and experience to digitalise and automate the corporate services, trust and alternative fund administration market.

Here’s our first year in numbers…

33 go-lives
Despite the extraordinary circumstances brought about by the pandemic, our ever-expanding professional services team delivered 33 projects in the last year. We are especially proud of this achievement given that for the past 12 months the TrustQuay teams have been working almost entirely from home.

20 new customers
Since last June, we have welcomed 20 new customers to our user community. Overall, TrustQuay now serves more than 460 customers and 17,500 users in over 30 jurisdictions.

1 new office location
As our customer base has grown, so too has our global footprint, with the opening of a new office in Luxembourg, located in the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT). This latest location sits alongside our 8 other offices worldwide, in key markets which include Jersey, Guernsey, United Kingdom, Singapore and Australia.

3 new product initiatives
On the product front, we successfully delivered major new modules such as the Economic Substance Advisory automation module, in addition to the digital identity and address verification module in partnership with GB Group PLC. Last November, we launched TrustQuay Portal which allows our customer’s clients to have a 2-way digital interaction with their relationship manager, and access associated information, in a simple to understand, easily managed but highly secure way.

8 user forums and webinars
Even though we have been largely unable to meet customers in person since March last year, we have successfully continued our interaction virtually, running 2 TrustQuay User Forums as well as 6 major product webinars since last spring.

2 industry awards
We are delighted that in our first year under the new brand, TrustQuay was named Digital Company of the Year at the Jersey TechAwards 2020 and achieved the silver award in the FinTech Vendor of the Year category at the Citywealth Magic Circle Awards 2021.

30 new team members
Over the past year, we have expanded the TrustQuay team across the business, including new team members in our customer services, professional services, account management and R&D teams.

10,000+ charity miles travelled
As part of our wider TQtogether charity initiative, the TrustQuay team took part in 60 Miles in 60 Days in April and May, aiming to walk, run and cycle 60 miles in 60 days. As a team we were aiming to collectively travel the distance from our Toronto team to our Sydney office, virtually stopping off at our other 8 offices along the way. We're still tallying up the miles travelled, but as of last week, the team had travelled over 10,000 miles and raised an amazing £3,900 for charity!
